The regeneration of the Exmouth estate finished a year ago. Since then, we have reported any issues or problems to the contractor Higgins, but we are now at the ‘end of Defects Liability Period’. Over this time they have fixed many issues and the final list of items for them to do has been completed.

Higgins have put together a schedule of final issues to fix and they are working through them. This includes all internal and external defects and they plan to complete the works by early January 2012.

You can now inspect how they fixed thefinal issues in the communal areas of the block you live in. You can do this with representatives from Swan, Potter Raper and Higgins. We will confirm the date and time of these walkabouts

Green Dreams have been working with us to improve the green areas on the estate.

Following consultation to get your views, we are pleased that the landscaping will be starting in Musbury Street and Clarke Street on Thursday 24 November 2011 at 1.30pm. If you live on those greens and would like get involved and to help plant the bulbs, please come along and join in.
